The Sr. Dolores Foundation
What Pretiola is working on
Pretiola supports the foundation with technology, fundraising and communications. Our contribution focuses on making the mission easier to understand, support and follow.
- Technology and payment information. Helping with website hosting and cross-platform navigation and galleries; improving bank and digital contribution information; and supporting public EURC contribution tracking so supporters can follow transfers.
- Fundraising. Helping promote the foundation’s needs and connect supporters, along with directing funding towards the foundation through its contribution channels.
- Marketing, planning and project structure. Helping clarify the message, organize project plans and updates, and prepare photography and interview briefs so future reporting can draw on information from Binzi.
The foundation’s project updates describe the website renewal, contribution tracking and reporting preparations, drawing on its quarterly progress reports.
The foundation’s goals in Binzi
The foundation’s current Piglet Project aims to support 60 families with five piglets each—a target of 300 piglets—alongside start-up feed, care and training. The aim is to improve household nutrition, income and farming skills. These are planned targets, not completed delivery totals.
The foundation also describes wider work in education, agriculture, water and housing. Fr. Emmanuel Kasibante and the community lead the work on the ground. Local priorities, relationships with families and day-to-day activities are their work; Pretiola provides the technical, fundraising and planning support described above.
Public contribution tracking shows transfers to the project’s address. Reporting on local spending, delivery and results is a separate part of the foundation’s updates.

The Artificial Intelligence Revolution
Jourdain-Alexander Casale presented Part 1 at Sacred Heart Parish in King City on January 17, 2026, as part of its Adult Faith Education meetings. The talk introduced how AI works and opened a discussion about what it means for human life, work and community.
Part 2, now in preparation, develops these questions through human dignity, discernment and responsibility: how can these tools serve people, and where must human judgment remain central?

Pretiola is an independent initiative of lay Catholics. It is not an official body of the Holy See or a diocese. Faith shapes the invitation; care, clarity and responsibility should shape the work. This initiative exercises the freedom to establish and lead charitable associations recognized in Canon 215 of the Code of Canon Law; it does not assume the title “Catholic” as an association under Canon 300.
